National Medical Billing Services, the premier healthcare revenue cycle management company known to increase efficiency and cash flow in ambulatory surgery centers, today announced that it has been named in St. Louis Business Journal’s 2019 “Best Places to Work” awards list. More than 200 nominations were submitted for the award, while only 45 local businesses were selected to receive the title. Companies on this list are notorious for their inclusive work cultures and high employee retention rates.
“We’ve always said our people are our greatest assets,” said Nader Samii, CEO of National Medical. “It’s just as important for our employees to be equipped with strong knowledge for the job as it is for them to feel fulfilled while doing it.”
To be nominated, employees must complete a comprehensive survey containing 30 scored items across six categories, including communication and resources, individual needs met, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership. Finalists must then answer a set of questions to further describe their companies’ benefits, values and how they maintain employee morale.
Finalists and winners for each category will be recognized at the 2019 Best Places to Work breakfast event on Thursday, March 7, 2019, that will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Clayton, MO. National Medical Billing Services is proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work in the St. Louis area in the Large Business category for the third consecutive year.
“Our success at National Medical as an industry leader is a direct result of the attitude and work ethic of our employees,” said Lisa Rock, President of National Medical. “It is extremely gratifying to know that the investment we make in our employees is reflected personally as well as professionally.”
