National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers and their affiliated surgeons, today announced that it has been named to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s 2016 “Top Workplaces” list, ranking seventh in the midsize category.
The newspaper’s annual award is based solely on employee feedback. Over 1,270 organizations were nominated for this esteemed designation, and only the top 125 organizations were selected, including other prominent St. Louis employers such as Edward Jones, Monsanto Co., and Nestle Purina PetCare Co. This is the second year in a row National Medical Billing Services was named to the distinguished list.
“It is a great honor to receive this prestigious recognition for the second consecutive year,” said Nader Samii, CEO of National Medical Billing Services. “This award validates our commitment to foster a workplace built on collaboration, innovation, and reverence.”
National Medical Billing Services is committed to attracting and developing employees in line with the company’s core values: bringing highly passionate people together under a common cause, working extremely hard, improving continuously, delivering excellence to our clients – and having a blast every day. The company has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Top 100 Global Outsourcing Company, as published by Fortune magazine, was named to Modern Healthcare’s list of “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2015, and Becker’s Hospital Review’s “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” for the past three years.
“We strive to maintain a culture of mutual respect and teamwork, and the success of National Medical is a direct result of the caliber of our people,” said Lisa Rock, President of National Medical Billing Services. “Creating and preserving an environment where employees can thrive is essential to our company culture.”
