Lisa Rock, founder and President of National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and their affiliated surgeons, will be a featured speaker at Becker’s 19th Annual Ambulatory Surgery Centers Conference.
Rock will present “Handling Out of Network Successfully from a Billing and Coding Perspective”, Friday, October 26 at 3:20 p.m. During this session, she will discuss how ambulatory surgery centers can improve out of network billing and coding processes to ensure maximum reimbursement.
“Correctly managing out-of-network is extremely difficult,” says Rock. “After working with hundreds of ASCs, we’ve developed best-practice procedures for capturing maximum revenue while staying compliant.”
Rock will also participate in a panel discussion with other ASC industry leaders titled “Double Digit Profit Growth in ASCs – How to Increase Profits in Challenging Times” at 10:50 a.m. that same day.
During the conference, surgeons, physician leaders, administrators and ASC business and clinical leaders from across the U.S. will learn ways to manage challenging clinical, business and financial issues.
