National Medical Billing Services and Employees to Support Local Charities

National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers and their affiliated surgeons, today announced that the company and its employees are supporting six local nonprofit organizations this holiday season.

The contributions are part of the company’s annual giving campaign. On behalf of the company and all of its employees, gifts and donations will be presented to the following St. Louis and Mid-Missouri-area organizations during the company’s Dec. 18th holiday luncheons:

The Women’s Safe House: The oldest and largest organization in the St. Louis area dedicated to helping women and children impacted by domestic abuse, the organization provides safe shelter and transitional living services to battered women and their dependent children, and empowers women to make informed choices about their futures.

The St. Louis Crisis Nursery: Provides short-term, emergency shelter for children, birth through age 12, whose families are faced with emergencies or who are in crisis. The organization offers resources for empowerment, ongoing support, and parent education.

The Children’s Home Society: Provides services to thousands of children and families each year as they work to overcome the devastating impact of abuse and neglect. Many of these children are being raised by foster parents, adoptive parents, grandparents or other relatives, or live in one of our two residential homes.

Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center: Dedicated to “Making Lives Better” for children and families, the organization provides crisis-care and emergency residential placement, therapeutic education, transitional living, and parent education programs.

St. Vincent Home for Children: For 165 years, the organization has supported vulnerable children of the St. Louis region by providing a safe and caring community where troubled adolescents have life-changing opportunities that build character, self-respect and coping skills to reach their highest potential.

Mid-Ozark Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children: The organization helps assure abused and neglected children a safe and permanent home by providing a voice in the court system through the use of trained, court-appointed volunteers.
