Nader Samii, Chief Executive Officer of National Medical Billing Services, will be a featured panelist at the 11th Annual Healthcare & Life Sciences Private Equity and Finance Conference.
Samii, along with other select industry leaders, will address and analyze the “Impact of Billing and Coding Changes on Investors and Lenders: ICD 10 and Other Issues,” Wednesday, February 26 at 3 p.m. During this session, panelists will identify and recommend opportunities afforded by the impending ICD-10 coding update scheduled for October 1, 2014.
“ICD-10 has created numerous significant challenges as well as potential opportunities within the healthcare market,” says Samii. “Investors and lenders alike who capitalize on the technology and associated revenue cycle upgrades deemed paramount to this transition have already begun and stand to continue to profit financially.”
Leaders from the investment community, healthcare, and life science organizations will attend the conference. During the numerous sessions, attendees will be granted the chance to learn about emerging healthcare trends, ways to ensure a successful transaction, and strategies to achieve growth.
“This conference provides a platform for healthcare leaders to share industry expertise and explore ways to work together,” says Samii.
The two-day conference will be held at The Ritz-Carlton in Chicago February 26-27, 2014.
