Nader Samii, CEO of National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers and their affiliated surgeons, was a featured panelist this past week on a Revenue Cycle Management Panel at the Becker’s Hospital Review Annual CIO/HIT + Revenue Cycle Summit.
The conference brought together hospital and health system chief information officers, IT executives and revenue cycle leaders to discuss the role of the CIO, social media, data analytics, mobile health, revenue cycle, EMR issues and health IT issues. Samii spoke about the intersection of cutting-edge technologies and its impact on revenue cycle management. “Technology, as it relates to the revenue cycle, has truly accelerated within the last several years. It is critical for healthcare providers to leverage the latest process automation and workflow efficiencies in order to maximize their cash flow and strengthen compliance,” said Samii.
