Glassdoor Names National Medical Billing Services CEO Nader Samii a Top-Rated CEO

National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers and their affiliated surgeons, today announced that CEO Nader Samii has been named one of 2015’s highest-rated CEOs on Glassdoor, a leading online job and recruiting marketplace.

Now in its third year, Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards are based exclusively on employee input. The survey, which is anonymous and voluntary, is open year-round to all employees and encourages feedback on their workplaces, company leadership and work environment. Employees are asked to rate workplace factors such as compensation and work-life balance and whether they approve of how their CEO is leading the company.

“National Medical’s smart, talented staff is the company’s biggest asset,” Samii said. “I am humbled and honored to receive this award, which to me is a reminder that our amazing team members truly believe in our company’s values, purpose, and long-term mission.”

Samii joins a list of other highly prominent CEOs, including Larry Page of Google Inc., Mark Parker of Nike, Inc., Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, Inc., Howard Schultz of Starbucks Corporation and Bob Iger of The Walt Disney Company in receiving Glassdoor’s prestigious 2015 leadership award. Samii was the 14th highest-rated CEO on Glassdoor’s 2015 U.S. awards for small- and medium-sized businesses.

National Medical Billing Services has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Top 100 Global Outsourcing Company, as published by Fortune magazine, and has also recently been named to the 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare by Becker’s Healthcare and to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s 2015 Top Workplaces list.

“Our organization is dedicated to delivering excellence to our clients while fostering an innovative and fun work environment – a difficult balance to strike, to be sure,” Samii said. “This award is the latest validation that our employees believe we are on the right path.”
