Executive Orders on Elective Surgery

After CMS issued guidance on elective procedures during the Covid-19 crisis, many state Governors began to issue executive orders. These mandates vary by state, but for those addressing elective surgeries, there may be exceptions to postponement. Ambulatory Surgery Centers should monitor their states specific orders and evaluate their planned surgical cases for applicability.
