National Medical Billing Services today announced that it has been named to Becker’s Healthcare list of “150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare for 2016.” This is the third straight year that National Medical has received this honor.
The list features both U.S. healthcare provider organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers and home health agencies, as well as other types of healthcare-specific companies, like consulting firms, health IT vendors, medical societies and more. The list was determined by evaluating benefit offerings, wellness initiatives, and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and a sense of community among employees. Nader Samii, CEO of National Medical, said “Our most critical asset is undoubtedly our people, and we are beyond honored to be recognized as a world-class employer alongside other great organizations such as The Cleveland Clinic, DaVita Healthcare Partners, Mayo Clinic, Cardinal Health, Massachusetts General Hospital and Stryker, among others.”
National Medical Billing Services is committed to attracting and developing employees in line with the company’s core values: bringing highly passionate people together under a common cause, working extremely hard, improving continuously, delivering excellence to our clients — and having a blast every day. By utilizing its deep ASC expertise, experience and resources, the company’s purpose is to ensure that clients maximize their potential reimbursement by evaluating and assessing all aspects of the revenue cycle.
The firm has been recognized on multiple occasions as a Top 100 Global Outsourcing Company, as published by Fortune magazine, Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Award for a Top Rated CEO, as well as a St. Louis Post-Dispatch “Top Workplace” recipient. In addition, the company was named to Modern Healthcare’s Top 100 ‘Best Places to Work’ list in 2015.
