ST LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL’S 2018 BEST PLACES TO WORK

National Medical Billing Services has been named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work list. National Medical was nominated alongside numerous other prominent companies and organizations in St. Louis and judged based off of their communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and several other factors at each local firm to determine the most employee-friendly workplaces in St. Louis. Nearly 150 regional companies were nominated for the award in 2018, but after careful consideration only 47 were selected. The winners were then honored at an awards banquet and then showcased in the Business Journal.

BECKERS HOSPITAL REVIEW 150 GREAT PLACES TO WORK IN HEALTHCARE

National Medical Billing Services is named to Becker’s 150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare list for the third consecutive year. The list features U.S. healthcare provider organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers and home health agencies, as well as other types of healthcare-specific companies, like consulting firms, health IT vendors, medical societies and more. The Becker’s Healthcare editorial team determined the organizations included on this year’s list. Organizations that submitted nominations were considered, as were organizations that received national, state or local recognition previously earned for workplace excellence, as well as benefits offerings, wellness initiatives, and efforts to improve professional development, diversity and inclusion, work-life balance and a sense of community among employees.

MODERN HEALTHCARE BEST PLACES TO WORK

National Medical Billing Services has been named to Modern Healthcare’s list of “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2018. The recognition program honors 150 workplaces throughout the healthcare industry that empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products, and services. The award is based on a rigorous assessment of employee satisfaction, benefits, and company policies and practices. Each winner is honored at an awards celebration showcasing their extraordinary workplace environments.

ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH TOP WORK PLACES

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has recognized National Medical Billing Services as one of the Top 100 Companies and Organizations in St. Louis. National Medical joins other St. Louis area companies on the Top Workplaces 2015 – 2018 lists, with results based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. Once an employer is nominated, the process is run by a third-party firm, asking employees to respond to a confidential survey rating their workplace on a seven-point scale. The winners are featured in a special section of the Sunday, St. Louis Post Dispatch, and includes a list of all the winners in the large, mid-size and small categories.

GLASSDOOR HIGHEST RATED CEOS

Glassdoor, an online jobs marketplace, has announced the winners of its annual Employees’ Choice Awards for the Highest Rated CEOs in 2015, and Nader Samii, CEO of National Medical Billing Services, has been named to the listof esteemed CEOs. Mr. Samii was the 14th highest rated CEO on Glassdoor’s list of U.S. awards for small- and medium-sized businesses. Last year year, there were five categories spanning North America and Europe. The list recognizes the 25 Highest Rated CEOs at small & medium companies (less than 1,000 employees), determined by the people who work for them in the U.S. – their employees.

ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL – MOST INFLUENTIAL BUSINESS WOMEN

The St. Louis Business Journal has announced the honorees for the Most Influential Business Women in 2016 and Lisa Rock, President of National Medical Billing Services, has been named to the prestigious list. Nearly 200 women were nominated for this esteemed designation, and after strict scrutiny, based on professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement and other criteria, only 25 were selected. The winners were honored in an exclusive section of the St. Louis Business Journal, which shared the details of each recipient’s journey, and recognized the extraordinary contributions each woman made both professionally and within their communities.
